What we actually do differently
There are three ways to clean a dryer vent and only one of them works.
The quarter-hour approach involves aiming a blower or shop vac into the opening. It shifts whatever is loose at either end, leaves the compacted section in the middle exactly where it was, and generates an invoice. Your dryer carries on needing two cycles.
The single-sided version works the brush in from the appliance end and nowhere else. On a short straight duct that is adequate. On thirty feet with three bends it accomplishes very little, because the brush simply never gets to the back half of the run.
Our version runs both directions. Outside first, with the machine left running so its own exhaust carries whatever we loosen out through the termination instead of letting it drift back down the pipe. Then inside, dryer unplugged and pulled away from the wall, brush fed into the vent and the freed lint drawn down and vacuumed out of the cavity.
A long run with several elbows gets both ends. A short straight run does not need it, and we will say so rather than pad the job.

When you say Las Sendas, we already know you have a roof termination on a run that is probably sitting right at the code limit before any lint is involved. When you say Eastmark, we are thinking about the crushed transition hose before we leave the shop. When you say downtown, we bring extra bags, because forty years in an eight-foot run produces a pile people photograph.

The price is the price
$99 for a standard vent, roof included. $98 each for the two optional add-ons. All of it is published on the pricing page where anyone can read it before calling.
You will notice almost nobody in this trade publishes a figure, and it is not because the job is too variable to price. It is because quoting you in your own laundry room, with the appliance already dragged out and your morning gone, gives them leverage that a phone quote does not. We are not interested in that leverage.
What we will not tell you
The trade has a reputation and it is partly earned.
Nobody here is going to invoke fire risk to push an upsell. Restricted vents really do carry that risk and the NFPA figures appear on several of these pages, but they are there as background rather than as leverage. We are also not going to describe a fault inside a wall that neither of us can actually see. And the number you were given on the phone is the number, regardless of how committed you are by the time the machine is pulled out.
If your transition hose is already rigid and in good shape, you do not need the $98 upgrade and we will say so standing right there.
The proof is a pile on your floor
No paperwork gets handed over at the end of this. What does is the lint pulled out of your run, left where you can look at it directly.
It is the crudest possible verification and also the only one worth anything, since a glance tells you whether $99 changed something. Every photograph on this site is that exact moment on an actual job.

Questions
What happens when I call?
We need the street address, whether the laundry sits upstairs or down, and roughly how long it has been since anyone serviced the vent. The address does the most work: the street and the era of construction tell us where your run goes and about how long it is before we arrive. You get the price on that call, $99 for a standard vent with roof access in it.
What hours can I call?
7am to 8pm. Same-day service is usually available if you catch us early enough in the day, and most bookings land within the same week either way.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. We need access to the dryer to disconnect it and brush from that end, and you should be there at the end when we show you what came out of the run.
Do I need to move the dryer before you arrive?
No. We move it and put it back where it was, then run it before we leave. Nobody should be dragging an appliance across a laundry room floor on our account.
Will the price change once you get here?
It does not. The $99 quoted for a standard vent is what gets charged. Should we open things up and discover a genuine obstruction rather than ordinary buildup, we stop there, show you, and quote that separately before touching anything further.
What should I ask other companies?
Whether roof access is included in the number they just quoted. In Mesa most two-story homes terminate through the roof, and the common play is a low phone quote followed by a surcharge or a cancellation once they see the house.
Do you take card?
Yes, and we can send a receipt by email or text if you need one for records or for a landlord.
